Your order is not accepted until Demo Original confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Demo Original may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is the one listed at purchase. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, duties, or import charges unless stated otherwise. Promotions may be governed by separate terms which override these Terms in case of conflict. You agree to provide correct payment details and update them promptly as needed. By submitting payment, you represent that you’re authorized to use the payment method and will cover all applicable charges.

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once the carrier picks up your order, title and risk transfer to you, and we cannot be held liable for shipping delays, carrier issues, customs delays, or other events beyond our control.

Demo Original uses Shopify to operate the Services. Shopify provides the infrastructure but is not party to sales. You acknowledge that Shopify assumes no liability for your interactions with Demo Original.
