At Demo Original, we currently do not offer returns, but we do accept exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Price Differences

If the new item you choose is:

• Higher in value, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
• Lower in value, the remaining amount will be refunded.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at demo.orig@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you'd like to exchange
• The new item you’d prefer (style/size)

Once confirmed, we’ll share return instructions. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
