Shipping Policy 

At Demo Original, we prioritize quality, precision, and transparency at every step — including how we ship your orders. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping timelines, costs, and processes.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 7 working days after confirmation.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Shipping Cost: FREE nationwide

  • Dispatch Time: Within 7 working days

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Courier: Trusted local logistics partners

  • Tracking: Provided via email once shipped

We currently offer only standard delivery within Pakistan. There is no express shipping option.


3. International Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: Start from PKR 13,000

  • Cost Varies: Based on destination and package weight

  • Dispatch Time: Within 7 working days

  • Delivery Time: Up to 8 working days after dispatch

  • Customs & Duties: May apply and are the customer’s responsibility

International customers should note that customs processes and local import regulations may affect delivery times. Demo Original does not cover any additional duties or taxes imposed by your country.


4. Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier information.
You’ll also receive updates as your order progresses—from confirmation to dispatch to delivery.


5. Address Issues & Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
Orders with incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, email us at demo.orig@gmail.com with your order number and any supporting information (including photos for damaged items).
We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as fairly and quickly as possible.


7. Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on item availability. If that happens, we’ll provide tracking details for each shipment.
