Why We Don’t Offer Returns

Each piece is crafted with care in limited quantities. To maintain our commitment to sustainability and slow fashion, all sales are considered final.

 

Exchange Instead of Return

While returns are not accepted, we do offer exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or prefer a different style, please refer to our Exchange Policy for detailed instructions.

 

Exceptions

We are happy to accommodate issues involving:

Incorrect items sent.

Damaged or faulty products upon arrival.

In such cases, please contact us at demo.orig@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
